Your satisfaction is our first priority at APOLLO SPORTING. Our policy lasts 30 days. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not washed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags included and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Please note: If the item are not sent back in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. Eg: If your returns are covered in animal/human hair, make up stains etc..

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

For returns/exchange during a period of a sale, please contact our support team at to check and confirm the availability of an exchange due to high volume of sales during this period.
During the exchange process, sometimes your desired product may go out of stock. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you with a store credit for the value of the returned item.
